Creole Seasoning Recipe

Great on Seafood, Red Meat, Poultry, & Hearty Root Vegetables

1 1/2 tablespoon of kosher salt
1 1/2 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of ground black pepper
2 1/2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
2 tablespoons of granulated garlic
2 tablespoons of granulated onion
1 tablespoon of dried thyme
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon of celery seed
1 Teaspoon of File Powder (Optional)
Combine all ingredients in a mortar and pestle or spice grinder, lightly grind the seasonings until well combined . Store in an airtight container.
