Smoky Vanilla Jameson Black Barrel Mule

  • 2(ish) oz Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey

  • 3/4 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup*

  • 4 oz Ginger Beer

  • Squeeze of lime, wedge for garnish

  • Crushed Ice

Combine the whiskey and the vanilla simple syrup and stir. Pour over crushed ice and add a squeeze of lime. Garnish with lime, and mint if desired. 


Vanilla Simple Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Cup Water

  • 2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract


Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved. Cool and refrigerate.
